About Bilibili's user system
Bilibili display names change freely; the persistent identifier is the numeric uid. Bilibili also marks "Big-VIP" (大会员) accounts and shows a coarse IP region (province-level for mainland, country-level for overseas) on every comment — both are exposed as separate columns. Original-language Chinese is preserved; pipe through DeepL or ChatGPT post-export if you need English.
